Which Bris?

The pasuk in this weeks parsha says והקמתי את בריתי אתך ובאת אל התיבה. 

What BRIS? The Bris was AFTER the mabul??? 

OK - Look at Rashi. Where does he get THAT from? Is there any hint in the pasuk???
