The Rambam paskens in Sefer Hamitzvos [231] that there is a Mitza Mi-diorasisa to bury the dead. The same Rambam paskens [Hichos Avel 14-1] that it is a Mitzva Mi-dirabanan to bury the dead. Which one is it?
