I identify myself with a Chasidic Rebbe and group. I love Chasidus. But the overwhelming consensus of all the poskim is that davening must be done according to the times dictated by the Gemara and Shulchan Aruch. So these 11:30 Shachris's you might see in Boro Park or Geulah are quite problematic to say the least. What about those true Tzadikim who daven/ed late?
Rav Harfenes, the Satmar Dayan from Williamsburg, has quite a bit to say about that in his sefer Yisrael Vi-hazmanim [even though for us he says that we must daven b'zman].
He also notes that the Baal Shem Tov davened Vasikin!
