The FIRST [and one of the only] time[s], Israel is called ארץ ישראל in Tanach is not until Sefer Shmuel -
"וְחָרָשׁ לֹא יִמָּצֵא בְּכֹל אֶרֶץ יִשְׂרָאֵל" (ספר שמואל א', פרק י"ג, פסוק י"ט).
הלא דבר הוא!
And, for the record, it is NEVER called ... Palestine!:-)!
