[Or he could go on Amazon and order a pair for 900 hundred dollars]. One must spend up to one fifth of his money for a מצות עשה and he reportedly has 236 billion [down from three times that after his first rebbetzin "cut bait"..]. [Would it not be wise to try to do some kiruv on the guy? I mean - no Jewish institution or indvidual would ever lack money again just from his מעשרות!!]
And in order NOT to do an עבירה he would be OBLIGATED to spend every last penny!!!
