A Reform Rabbi walks into a restaurant. It’s not a kosher place, but he thinks “what the heck, why not?” He asks for a seat outside.
He looks at the menu, and decides if he’s gonna eat non-Kosher food, he’s going to do it in the biggest way possible. He orders a whole, roasted suckling pig, complete with multiple sauces and an apple in its mouth.
The dish comes out, and just as the waiter is setting it as his table, the rabbi sees one of his congregants walking towards him on the sidewalk. The rabbi is terrified of being caught.
Panicking, he shouts out “would you look how they serve an apple here??”

One of the *advantages* of not being an Orthodox Jew is that if you missed the sermon of the *Rabbi* on Shabbos - you can watch it on-line as it was recorded [if not at your *temple* then at a lot of others]. However, for us observant Jews, we missed the drasha - we missed it. No recordings:-)! [My favorite drashos are mostly on Shabbos and sadly there are many hundreds for which we have no record.... and I neglect to write them down after Shabbos like I probably should.]
My curious side leads me to watch what these מחטיאי-הרבים עוכרי-ישראל-pseudo-rabbis-in-name-only are saying but I don't. This is b/c many poskim hold that what was recorded on Shabbos is אסור to watch - forever.
Please be mindful of this Halacha.
