"These" Makos And "These" Dibros

The pasuk says

"Come to Paroh because I hardened his heart and the heart of his servants in order to place "these" [אלה] miracles in his midst"

Why does it have to say "אלה"? The pasuk would have read just fine without that word. "In order to place miracles". "These" seems extraneous.

Rav Nosson Geshtetner explained [בכתב ידו]: The Chiddushei Harim says that the 10 makkos paved the way for the 10 dibros. The dibros are called "אלה" as it says

So the אלה of the makos is alluding to the אלה of the dibros!!

He adds gevaldikly that the root of the cheyt ha-eigel was the klipah of Paroh. The Jews said there There is the אלה again! So Hashem foresaw [I also "four saw" because I wear glasses. What did the head say to the glasses? "Stop making a spectacle of yourself". What did the glasses answer? "Mind" your own business] this and "sweetened" the klipah of Paroh by saying that He is bringing the makos of "אלה" upon him.

EVERY WORD of Torah is magical.
