Mehadrin

 "I remember that once a donor took the Henkins out to dinner. Soon after Rav Henkin wrote an article in HaZofeh stating that an expensive restaurant can claim to be “glatt”, for that is an objective statement about the type of meat they serve. However, they should not advertise that they are “l’mehadrin”, for that is a statement about the clientele, and people who are “mehadrin” don’t waste their money in fancy restaurants!"
