ואחריו לא יהיה כן – ואותו שהיה בימי יואל, שנאמר בו: כמוהו לא נהיה מן העולם (יואל ב':ב'), לימדנו שהיה כבד משל משה על ידי מינין הרבה שהיו יחד: ארבה, חסיל, ילק, גזם. אבל של משה מין אחד, וכמוהו לא נהיה ולא יהיה.
ואחריו לא יהיה כן NEITHER AFTER THEM WILL THERE BE AS SUCH – That [plague of locusts] which happened during the days of Yoel of which it is said, "there has never been the like of it" (Joel 2:2) – which teaches us that it was more destructive than that in the days of Moshe – was, however, caused by many species of locusts, together, those called ארבה and ילק and חסיל and גזם; but that which happened in the days of Moshe consisted of only one species (the ארבה) וכמוהו AND LIKE THAT never was and never will be.
They asked the Satmar Rebbe Rav Yoel Teitelbaum why he fights so much against the ציונים while other Rabbonim don't.
He quoted Rashi and said that in the time of Moshe there was only one מין but in the time of Yoel there were many מינים....
