We know how important it is to honor Torah teachers. But the Rambam paskens another halacha that is not so well known - but it remains halacha.
You have to honor you STUDENTS. Read the Rambam carefully: "JUST AS students must honor the Rav, the Rav must honor the students". The two are EQUATED.
