I used to think that I was "with it" but it is REALLY HARD to keep up with the younger generation. Things are changing at BREAKNECK speed. The technological revolution has also contributed to the spawning of an entirely new jargon and use of language. As parents and educators we have to try as much as we can to keep the lines of communication open with our children. In order to do that, we have to learn their language.
