I hug and kiss my children a LOT. I also habitually hug people when I see them. Like, I see a guy at Mincha - "I haven't see you since Shachris!!". Embrace.
I stopped all of that. I am basically shomer negiya with the whole world. I try not even to touch myself. They say "don't touch your face", "don't touch your mouth". Tough times for touchy people.
I say - when this thing ends we should show a lot more love and affection for each other.
