In his July 5th interview with ABC News, President Joe [Yossi] Biden said only God could convince him to drop out of the presidential race. Said he, “[I]f the Lord Almighty came down and said, ‘Joe, get outta the race’, I would get outta the race.” He added, though, that the “Lord Almighty’s not coming down.”
So there are a number of possibilities:
1] G-d DID come down and tell him to drop out.
2] He didn't but Jolting Joe thinks He did so he was jolted out of the race.
3] Pressure from fellow Democrats to find a new place of residence and to spend the rest of his life focused on golf and the presidential library that will be built for him was as convincing as Divine revelation.
1] Is VERY VERY unlikely.
2] Is downright insulting.
So we will go with 3].
