When Is The Best Time To Daven?

ואני תפילתי לך השם עת רצון - And I, my prayer is at a time of good will

א-להים ברב חסדך ענני-  Hashem in your great kindness answer me.

The gemara expounds this pasuk as referring to the time when the community is davening. The עת רצון  time of Divine grace, is when a group of Jews are davening.

By golly!!!

Where do you see that in the pasuk? It just says that there is a time of good will without any indication when that time is, so how did Chazal know that this is referring to a time when the צבור is davening?

Whenever there are ten people the Shechina dwells [Brachos 21 b and elsewhere]. ואני is an allusion to the Shechina. When there is a ואני - When the Shechina is present i.e. when there is a group of ten Jews, it is an עת רצון - a time of Divine grace.

If you want your prayers answered - the BEST time is when you are davening with other Jews. Appreciating the value of minyan increases its efficacy.
