The Rema says [תרצ"ב א] that one person can make the bracha on the Megilla and another person can read it and the first person doesn't have to read along.
But when it comes to Krias Hatorah the Rema paskens [קמ"א ב] that the one who makes the bracha must read along with the בעל קורא, otherwise it is like a bracha li-vatala!! What is the difference??
