Nine men were waiting to daven in the shteibel in Meah Shearim and calling out "tzenter tzenter" [tenth man]. In the shteibel right next door there was one lone man calling out "maariv, maariv".
The Gaon Rav Shmuel Moed, one of the pure figures of Yerushalayim, approached the man and asked why he doesn't just join the nine men waiting in the other room?
The man answered "I can't daven with them. The wife of the person who is going to be chazan for them doesn't cover her hair."
"Did you see it with your own eyes that she doesn't cover her hair?" Asked Rav Moed.
"Yes", the man answered, "I saw it with my own eyes".
"Then you have nothing to worry about. You can daven in his minyan...."
