Just heard a few minutes of an interview [on-line] given by a Rabbi in a shul, to a formerly Orthodox Jew, who married a Muslim, cheated on her many times, got divorced etc. etc. [the lives of people who leave Hashem....]. He is also a pseudo-philosopher who uses a lot of big words.
A person who is so areingetun [wrapped up] in the lowest part of our animal side, who broke his Holocaust survivors parent's heart when he opted out of Yiddishkeit etc. etc., doesn't deserve an audience in an Orthodox shul. Why does this Rabbi [who is a very knowledgable Talmid Chochom] give him such a forum? Is there nobody else worth hearing???
A person can be the greatest scholar, but if he lives his life without a basic sense of fear of Hashem - he is like a beheima. So said the Rambam and so is the truth.
Li-olam Yehei Adam Yarei Shomayim.
