The pasuk says in Malachi [from this weeks haftora]:
וְאִשְּׁרוּ אֶתְכֶם כָּל הַגּוֹיִם כִּי תִהְיוּ אַתֶּם אֶרֶץ חֵפֶץ אָמַר יְ-ה-וָ-ה צְבָאוֹת
The Gentiles will praise you because you are going to be a Land Of Desire.
What does it mean that we are going to be a Land Of Desire? The Meforshim understand it to mean that our land is going to be a desirous land. But that isn't what the pasuk says!! It says that we are going to be an ארץ חפץ?!! Here, among other gems!
