Kinyan Matza

The Rosh holds that the matza eaten at the seder must belong to the person eating it - posing a problem for a guest eating the matza of the host. The question is that even if the matza belongs to the host, once the person chews it - he acquires it. This is based on an explicit gemara in Ksubos 30.
