Rashi says [Rosh Hashana 29b] that one may blow the Shofar in the Beis Hamikdash on Shabbos because of the rule "אין שבות במקדש" - There are no איסורי דרבנן in the Mikdash.
FREGT the Turei Even: The rule אין שבות במקדש applies only to those איסורים that relate to the Beis Hamikdash such as קרבנות. But blowing the Shofar has nothing to do with the Beis Hamikdash so how can we waive the din not to blow on Shabbos??
