The Gemara in Brachos makes it clear that you can't learn from השבת אבידה that כבוד הבריות is דוחה a לא תעשה. Like - איסורא מממונא לא ילפינן. What makes us wonder why Rashi in Megilla [3b ד"ה לא תעשה] tells us that we know that כבוד הבריות is דוחה a לא תעשה from ... השבת אבידה?!!!!!!!
