My attitude about this is: If a man wants to pretend that another man is a woman [or woman with woman, or man with dog etc. etc. See אחרי מות קדושים for the more sordid details] and engage in משכב זכור then that is his prerogative. Nobody can stop him. Free country. No עדים, no התראה, no בית דין הגדול, no חיוב מיתה. Sad. Tragic. I wouldn't want their gehenom. But nobody can stop them. If he they are really אנוסים and can't control themselves - Hashem decides.
But I believe that it takes a special measure of רשעות to attempt to bring down the flagship institution of Modern Orthodoxy that serves a very important role in preserving Torah observance in the modern world just in order to receive validation for their anti-Torah lifestyles.
This is a classic case of רע לשמים ורע לבריות [see Kiddushin 39b].
