The Belzer Rebbe Shlita related about his extremely holy uncle and earlier Rebbe, Rav Aharon 'Kdosh Hashem' of Belz, that before he went to sleep at night [he was careful not to sleep for more than 18 consecutive minutes!] he would approach the mezuza and say "A gutte nacht far alleh yidden fun yerushalayim, a gutte nacht far alleh yidden fun Eretz Yisrael, a gutte nacht far alleh yidden fun de gantza velt" - A good night to all Jews in Yerushalayim, a good night to all Jews in Israel, a good night to all Jews in the whole world!:-)
