Using Your Eyes

The famed Israeli warrior, Moshe Dayan was once caught speeding. The cop stops him and said "I know who you are. It is obvious from the patch on your eye. Mr. Dayan, I am giving you a ticket despite your fame. You should be an example for other people and have no right to speed!"

Dayan answered "Listen, I have one eye. Would you like me to keep it on the road or on the speedometer?"

A person has to know what to look at and what to avoid, both in the physical and spiritual realms.
