What is the halacha if someone counts the correct day of the Omer and then a second later - תוך כדי דיבור - corrects himself and counts [mistakenly] the wrong day?
Rav Elyashiv paskened that he is yotzei. חזרה בטעות is not considered חזרה - [See the Milchamos on Brachos 12 who says this principal].
I once heard megilla and the Baal Korei corrected himself ... incorrectly. He had been right the first time. I looked it up afterwards and saw [I can't recall where] that it is OK [or at least that was the implication]. That would be consistent with Rav Elyashiv's psak.
