One of the chashuv poskim in Lakewood, Rav Yaakov Forchheimer Shlita, released a sefer which I purchased today called "אורח יעקב". RECOMMENDED!! Lot of interesting li-myseh Tshuvos.
One example: Should a father go to shul to daven and leave the kids who need supervision home alone?
Answer: Absolutely not. Even if he brings a phone so that they can call him if they need him. His primary obligation is to watch his kids!!!
