Language Barrier

Some time back the "committee" decided that all of the recorded shiurim should heretofore be delivered in Lashon Hakodesh [or "Ivrit" as some call it]. So the recent dozens and dozens have been in that tongue בס"ד. [Apologies to all the Satmerer Chasidim out there. Something tells me that they aren't offended because they don't exactly listen to shiurim from the Assur-net - עי' בס' ויואל משה מאמר לשון הקודש].

I apologize to those who miss English and remind you that there are about 3000 to listen to in the language of the U.S.A. But there is something special in hearing Torah in a language that is closest to the language of the Torah. The Chiddushei HaRim said that speaking every foreign language imbues one with the influences of that language and culture וד"ל.

Yehi Ratzon that we should soon all come back to Eretz Yisrael - the land of our forefathers and to the language of our forefathers.

AMEEEENNNNNNN!!
