Melave Malka and the deep meaning of the pasuk we say daily "שמרה זאת לעולם ליצר מחשבות לבב עמך".

Why do we only say on Yom Tov ואין אנו יכול לעלות and bring the korbanos. Why not Shabbos Mussaf?
