In Parshas Shelach it says that there is a decree for the Jews to die in the desert. In Tehillim [106-26], Dovid Hamelech adds that there is a decree "ולזרותם בארצות" - To spread them in the lands.
That is not what the Chumash says??!!! So where does Dovid get this from?
