In modern Hebrew the word for *percentage* is אחוז.
In Biblical Hebrew, to the best of my knowledge there is no word for percentage [it is mistranslated that way in Bamidbar 31-30]!! The word אחוז means to hold on to, as in שנים אוחזין בטלית and other examples below.
