If someone borrows a Talis he doesn't make a Bracha. After the Talis is borrowed for 30 days he has to make a Bracha מדרבנן.
What is the Din if he made a Bracha on this Talis after 30 days and then he bought it, making him obligated in a Bracha מדאורייתא. Does he have to make another Bracha?
What about an עבד כנעני who made a Bracha on a מצות עשה שהזמן גרמא and then was freed. Must he make a new Bracha [common shyla!!!]??
