Learn אורות התשובה of מרן הרב זצ"ל. People like to promote videos "this will change your life" of which the common denominator is that they almost never do. [Today I saw a video touted as having Netanyahu admit the a genocide! It was "true". He admitted that the Turks carried out a genocide against Armenians over 100 years ago. So brave to admit that!]. But learning אורות התשובה and engaging in the process surely will. Much better with a Rebbi.... [somehow Hashem put words in the mouth of this donkey and we have many shiurim on the sefer available on line FOR FREE!!].
Rav Kook himself would learn his sefer [most certainly written with רוח הקודש] every Elul.
