There are countless new sefarim that are being published. On hebrewbooks.org they are constantly updating with new and older sefarim... [we recently recommended that everyone purchase the Otzar Hachochma. Even though hebrewbooks is great, there are various features and many sefarim that the Otzar Hachochma has which hebrewbooks lacks - ואלו ואלו דברי אלקים חיים].
I was in the sefarim store today and saw a new edition of teshuvos of the Rogochover with a bi-ur.
I also saw a new peirush on Igros of Rav Kook written by the Rosh Yeshiva of the Yeshiva in Neve Dekalim. [There are already peirushim on Oros, Oros Hakodesh, Adar Hayakar etc.].
Not so new - but the Machon Yerushalyim [Rav Hartman] Gvuros Hashem is a must for these parshiyos and upcoming Pesach.
