A chassid wrote to the Rebbe complaining that he had experienced a series of thefts in his Crown Heights home.
“Perhaps I should have my mezuzos checked?” he suggested.
“Perhaps you should check the security of your windows,” was the Rebbe’s reply.
“Ask advice, but use common sense.”
“It is unfortunate to have more dollars than sense.”
