One is only obligated to fulfill a mitzva if it costs less than a fifth [חומש] of his money.
What is the Din if there are 2 mitzvos in front of him. One costs less than a fifth and the other more than a fifth. Is he obligated to fulfill the mitzva that costs less than the fifth b/c that is an obligation while the more than the fifth mitzva is not obligatory or can he choose?
