Swimming pools, hot tubs and water playgrounds: There's no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 spreads through swimming pools, hot tubs and water playgrounds.
Then again - they say that it stays on surfaces for an extended period so when your wife goes to mikva she should be careful not to touch anything and then touch her eyes etc.
