Mysteriously Disappearing Chinese Politicians

China has replaced Defense Minister Gen. Li Shangfu, who has been out of public view for almost two months, state media reported Tuesday. No further information was given.

Li is the second senior Chinese official to disappear this year, following former Foreign Minister Qin Gang, who was removed from office in July with no explanation offered. [They probably figured that with over a billion people who all look alike - who will notice the absence of two people].

Li, who became defense minister during a Cabinet reshuffle in March, hasn’t been seen since giving a speech on Aug. 29.

Li is a VERY rich man, as Scripture says "Li hakeseph vi-Li hazohov". Rumor has it that he has decided to shy away from politics and enter full time learning, as this author wishes he could do [sadly, his rich father in law never got rich and passed on 18 years ago so it doesn't look like the "wealthy shver supporting you in kollel" thing is happening with me in this gigul]. So he is purposely keeping out of the public view in order to learn Torah בצנעה.

He reportedly spends his bein hasdarim practicing kong-fu martial arts so that he will eventually become Li Shangfu Kongfu.

As for Qin Gang, he has joined a gang which he will lead and change HIS name to Qin Gang Leader.

It is so heartwarming to read of how the Chinese government allows its leaders to seamlessly make their way out of politics and into other careers and vocations.

So a vote for communism!!!!😊
