One of the Chasidim of R' Aharon Kdosh Hashem of Belz had a gentile neighbor who was very wealthy but was not blessed with children. This gentile implored his Jewish neighbor to go with him to Belz so that he can get a bracha from the Rebbe. The Chosid tried to convince him not to go but the gentile was insistent. He promised that he would fill his wagon with many treats that he would leave for the people in Belz. Finally the Chosid could no longer say no so they traveled together to Belz.
When they came to the Rebbe the gentile gave him a kvittel with his name and mothers name [Paul ben Mary? Igor ben Theresa?]. The Rebbe read the kvittel and plunged into deep thought. Finally he said, "There are so many goyim in the world - let there be another one..." And in fact this man was blessed with a child. ישמעו רחוקים ויבואו ויתנו לך כתר מלוכה!
When a goy would give him a kvittel he would read it and say "Yidin zol zin gezunt, Yidin zolen hoben parnussa" - Jews should be healthy, Jews should have parnassa. Then he would bless the goy for all of his needs.
