Sometimes these English-isms in Hebrew get outta hand. It's like, add "ציה " to the word and it becomes Hebrew - קומוניקציה, ריאקציה, הרמונוזציה, נורמולוזציה - Normalization, harmonization, reaction. communication etc. etc. and the list goes.
