R' Eliezer said that nobody ever got to the Beis Medrash before or after him [Sukkah 28].
Chiddushei Ha-Rim [The Rosh Yeshiva quoted him and said "א הרגשה פון א הייליגע ייד"]: That is why Rebbe put his name in the first Mishna in Shas in Brachos and he is the last individual Tanna mentioned in Uktzin [where if you will notice it really doesn't belong.
