What is the din if 2 twelve year olds come to testify that they saw the new moon on the 30th of Adar and their birthday is Rosh Chodesh Nissan? If we accept their testimony then they will be Bar Mitzva [retroactively] and thus kosher witnesses. But when they came to us they are only 12 and pasul li-eidus. Should we receive them?
