Rav Moshe Soloveitchik wonders how the Tosefta can say that according to Ben Azzai the מותר הפסח that is brought as a שלמים is like the Pesach in all respects EXCEPT that it is eaten "day and night". It SHOULD say that it is like the Pesach and [therefore] can be eaten day and night.
What is the problem? Pesach is only eaten at night while the מותר פסח is eaten day and night?? So it is NOT like the Pesach in that respect??
