I just heard someone say on-line that the Rambam didn't pasken the mitzva to live in Eretz Yisrael in his count of the 613 mitzvos just like he didn't pasken אנכי ה' א-להיך.....
What a STRANNNGEEE thing to say. Lashon HaRambam in the very first mitzva in the Sefer Hamitzvos:
היא הצווי אשר צונו להאמין האלהות והוא שנאמין שיש שם עלה וסבה הוא פועל לכל הנמצאות והוא אמרו "אנכי ה׳ אלהיך"
