There is a question in Halacha about the status of a person who had surgery to alter their gender רח"ל. How does Halacha view them - as the old gender or the surgically altered one?
I have a very simple way to resolve the question. If the person complains that they are fat even if they are not - then it is a woman. Otherwise it is a man.
