.... and look in Otzaros Ha-ri-ayah [Volume 3 page 98-99] and see a beautiful exposition of the psukim in our parsha about the mitzva of the king to write a Sefer Torah. I would like to tell you what it says but time is short, life is short and there is so much to do:-).
