On one hand it is very sad that Rav Shear Yashuv Cohen passed away. He was the son of the Nazir, Rav Dovid Cohen and was the Chief Rabbi of Chaifa. On the other hand he DID have arichus yomim. According to a news site I saw, he died at the ripe old age of [I am not making this up] 898.
We should all have such a zchus. He probably remembered seeing Rashi when he was alive.
