It is HEALTHY to eat nutritious food, to exercise, to sleep sufficiently and TO NOT TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY!!!!!
Take your life seriously, take your usage of time seriously, take your Avodas Hashem seriously - but keep in mind that you are probably quite limited in what you know about almost everything and although you have opinions, so do 7 billion other people.
This leads to humility and a desire to learn from others.
