An amazing story about R' Chanan Porat. He would always talk about "אור"- light. He would sign his letters with a blessing of light. He was an avid student of Rav Kook, many of whose sefarim contain the word "אורות".
After he died, a picture was taken of his body [wrapped in a tallis]. Strangely enough - there was LIGHT surrounding his body like a halo. I saw it with my own eyes. People suggested that it had to do with the way the picture was taken and the lighting used by the photographer. Not a spiritual light but a material one. But a famous photographer saw the picture and said that it can't be. The light was ONLY surrounding his body and nowhere else in the picture. It was supernatural.
We should be zocheh to spread light [and love] and thus merit to be surrounded by light after our physical passing.
