Imagine a 6'5 290 pound man attacks someone on the street by running into him at full speed and RAMMING his helmet into his spinal cord. He then grabs him around the waist and violently throws him down to the ground.
Everyone watching goes NUTS, giving each other high fives and cheering wildly.
Then the police come and arrest the man for assault and battery.
But on the football field, not only is it permitted but people get paid millions for this.
