I walk into shul at about 630am this morning and find the shul empty, save for two ["not poor"] real estate people, learning bi-chavrusa, with the more experienced chavrusa patiently explaining each and every word [!!] to his less experienced, but extremely eager and growth oriented chavrusa. They both have the option of sleeping an extra hour [and they surely need it] but they instead "pound it".
